WANTED - Good looking, athletic, small TB's for polo. Fillies preffered but geldings/colts ok. Not to mature over 15.2. Can be unbroken but well handled. Need to have good feet,clean legs, and well balanced conformation. Doesn't need to be registered but knowledge of bloodlines would be nice! Price paid depends on individual. Wes is a good looking son of West by West.He is a 2000 model 16.1 dark bay with good conformation and a lovely stride. He has been schooled and competed by his JR rider/owner and has many local show miles. He has competed in Childrens Hunter,Limit and Equitation with good results. He was reserve champ at pre-HITS recently. Easy changes and a smooth,long stride he could easily do other disciplines but we focus on Hunters. No soundness issues, good feet, easy to handle. Chica Bonita
Chica is a wonderful 2 yr old filly by the FEI dressage Welsh Cob stallion Cardi out of a TB by Clever Secret (Secretariat) mare that competed successfully thru recognized shows 2nd level dressage and evented. She going to be the ideal size and temperament for a child or small adult amateur . String test as a yearling suggest 14.2. She exhibits the best traits of both parents having an incredible temperament, a fun personality as well as lovely gaits. Her half siblings although still young have done very well for themselves. Tigress CFP was Reserve Champion at her NAPSR inspection as a weanling and was snapped up by a breeder for their sport pony program. Half brother Fernview Mister Cool was sent off to be broken and was bought by the trainer 2 weeks later ! He is now starting his career as a large Hunter pony. 3/21/11 UPDATE: Mister Cool was 4th in USEF zone 4 Hunter Pony Breeding 3yr old 2010 :-) She is handled daily, a very easy keeper and has had regular farrier care. Beautiful Thoroughbred Gelding
"Drew" is large,handsome gelding with tons of personality. He has had 60 days professional training to teach him the basics. He is very laid back but does need an experienced rider. I think he would thrive in a situation where he gets a lot of attention. Unfortunately, he is not getting the attention he needs to make him into a wonderful mount I know he can be. He has a solid walk, trot and canter under saddle. Some work over cavelletti and trotting poles has been done. Potentially would make a nice hunter or dressage horse. "Drew" has also attended several hunter paces and handled the experience very well. Approved homes only. It is preferable if you have a veterinarian for reference. HPAF February Rescues
HPAF has recently been called in to care and feed for more horses. Clark Kent is a 10-12 yr old recently gelded 162+ chestnut. He needs to gain weight and have extensive farrier work. Beautiful, athletic mare
This is a beautiful, dark bay mare. She has been shown in the hunter ring but needs to be in a solid "A" Circuit show home or in a dressage home. She is a nice mover with a naturally "correct" hunter head set. Very balanced and brave. Is willing and able to do the working hunters but needs the rider to get her there.

Sweet Tall Thoroughbred Mare
Retired High Stakes Winner. She was in 6 races and won four and placed in two. Since then she retired and has had 5 foals and her last was in 2010. She carries the Sabino gene so she throws beautiful colors. I have taken her on numerous trail rides and she isn't afraid of anything. She is willing to do everything u ask and has never reared, bucked or anything dangerous. I even give lessons to a new rider (9 year old) on her and they work well together. She is very willing to jump fences, the highest I have tried was 3ft and she jumped with out batting an eye. She would be a great horse for a beginner or advance rider or a great broodmare.
